Math & Physics tutor

About Me

Over the past two and a half years, I’ve helped 30+ high school and college students build confidence and excel in math and physics. I tutor all of my students online while studying Electrical Engineering at UC San Diego.

My love for math and physics is what led me to engineering, and I know how much a great teacher matters in these subjects. I pair intuitive explanations with plenty of problem practice, so students build a strong conceptual understanding of the material while scoring well on tests. My goal is for every student to leave each session confident in what they’ve learned.

My approach to online tutoring

I share my iPad screen during lessons, so students watch every step written out by hand, just like a whiteboard. When a concept needs a picture, I graph it live in Desmos.

After each session, students get a PDF of our notes, plus practice problems when they’re helpful. Parents who’d like to stay in the loop get a short summary of what we covered.
